How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will be able to find shipping details for your order in the email sent when your order is dispatched. You can manage delivery notifications via the shipping link.

How can I track my parcel?

New Zealand Couriers.

You can track your delivery here by entering the tracking code in your shipping notification email at www.nzcouriers.co.nz/track_and_trace or alternatively you can call 0800 800 841. (their business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm/Saturdays 8am - 11am - excluding public holidays).

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it?

If your order is showing as delivered but you can't locate it, please contact New Zealand Couriers by visiting https://help.nzcouriers.co.nz/delivery-issues where you can enter your tracking number and track your parcel, if you have no success you are also able to use their FAQ section including the option to submit an inquiry. Alternatively, if all else fails, you can contact us and we will do our best to assist in the matter.

Please be aware that it may take several days for courier investigations and inquires to be completed. We are unable to resend any items until the couriers have completed the investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Where 'authority to leave' is selected, this is at the purchasers own risk and Ventura Nutrition accepts no responsibility for stolen parcels.

When will my order be delivered?

Auckland 2-3 working days

North Island 3-5 working days

South Island 5-7 working days

Please note these time frames are estimates only and can vary depending on back logs, courier delays and/or no one home to sign for delivery.

 

The wrong address is on my order/Can I change my delivery address?

Once you have placed an order online you cannot change the shipping address under your account. As we process orders frequently and rapidly, there is a small window of time where we can attempt to update the address for you.

The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is to email info@venturanutrition.co.nz with "Change of address" as the subject line with your order number. This subject line will alert our staff that this is a priority email and will be bumped to the top of our list - if the order has already been dispatched then you will need to contact New Zealand Couriers to have the parcel redirected, but that can't be guaranteed. The best way to ensure this doesn't happen is to double check all information before checking out your cart. 

I need to redirect my parcel to an alternative address?

If you need to change the delivery address after your order is shipped, you can request a redirection to an alternative address within 70km of the original delivery address.  

Once your order is picked up by the courier, enter your tracking number in New Zealand Courier's online tracking tool at www.nzcouriers.co.nz/track_and_trace to redirect to an alternative address or call 0800 800 841. (their business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm/Saturdays 8am - 11am - excluding public holidays).

Alternatively, if your parcel hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us at info@venturanutrition.co.nz and we can update the delivery address.

Due to the fast turnaround time for orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed.

 

My order has been shipped with the wrong delivery address, what can I do?

If your order has been shipped with the wrong delivery address, please contact New Zealand Couriers on 0800 800 841. (their business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm/Saturdays 8am - 11am - excluding public holidays).
and quote your tracking reference. If not out for delivery, New Zealand Couriers should be able to update the address on your parcel via their Redirect service. 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES

We advise ordering items for Christmas ahead of time. The earlier your order is confirmed the sooner we can dispatch your items and have it on it's way to you.


Below is an advisory on deadlines to best ensure you receive your order before Christmas; Please note these dates are estimates and do not allow for delivery delays due to redirection, incorrect addresses or no one home to sign for the delivery.

Standard shipping:
Auckland - last orders Tuesday 21st December before 3pm  
North Island - last orders Monday 20th December before 3pm
South Island and rural address - last orders Friday 17th December before 3pm

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within New Zealand.
